The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order passed by the Subordinate Court, Tambaram on 20.09.2013, in R.C.A.No.33 of 2010, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 1/3

30.01.2010 passed by the learned District Munsif, Tambaram in R.C.O.P.No.7 of 2008.

2. On 05.09.2019, when the Civil Revision Petition was came up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Registry is directed to list the matter today under the caption "For dismissal".

3. Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent alone present and there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

4. Hence, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
