This petition is filed to amend the offences mentioned in paragraph 1 of the Criminal Appeal No.223 of 2022 as "Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 & 307 of I.P.C., Sections 3(1)(za)(A) and 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1987 and Amendment Act, 2015 and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, 1992" instead of "Sections 147, 148, & 324 of I.P.C., Sections 3(1)(za)(A) and 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1987 and Amendment Act, 2015 and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, 1992".

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered.
