Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2015 preferred before the first respondent Police, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.56 of 2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
