ORDER

On notice, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the CD file and the statements recorded during the course of preliminary investigation. From the CD file, it appears that the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.11.2016 against the former Vice-Chancellor of Dr.Ambedkar Law University has been taken up on file and preliminary enquiry has been conducted. It appears so far seven witnesses have been examined and they have collected six documents and there is prima facie material in the complaint given by the petitioner and on completion of preliminary enquiry, they are to proceed in accordance with law. Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition is disposed of with a direction

to the respondent to complete the preliminary enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and proceed further in accordance with law.
