ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent police to register an F.I.R. and to investigate according to the petitioner's complaint dated 28.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.333 of 2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
