Aggrieved over the long pendency of the Interlocutory Application before the First Additional Family Court, Chennai. The petitioner/husband has filed the Civil Revision Petition for early disposal.
2. From the record, it is seen that he has filed an I.A.No. 1262 of 2015 for Visitation Rights.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the family relationship and the right of the father to visit her minor child, a direction is issued to the First Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of I.A No. 1262 of 2015, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With above observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
