(CRIME NO.08/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.1396/2022 Order dated 24.01.2022 that On condition that the petitioners directed to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 am until further orders and pass such or other order as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper to the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SARAVANABHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.1396 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.
