Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to confirm the petitioner's tender bid for the period 2018-2019 commencing from 17.02.2019 for a period of one year in pursuance of its E-Tender dated 22.01.2019 which was temporarily accepted by the respondent by its letter in Na.Ka.No.188/2018 Vadipaalai dated 16.02.2019.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner intends to exhaust the alternative remedy of appeal before the appellate authority, under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act and hence seeks to withdraw this writ petition. An endorsement has also been made to that effect. 2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
