Crl.M.P.No.5050 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.329 of 2024 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking extension of time to surrender before the Court pursuant to the order in Crl.O.P.No.329 of 2024 dated 09.01.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4.The time already granted by this Court is extended for a further period of ten days from today to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.329 of 2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
