Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to take appropriate action to remove the illegal sheds put up by way of encroachment in the lands behind the Middle School in Survey No.811 of Eppathapalayam village and to protect the same from any encroachments by putting up a compound wall.

2. The petitioner was seeking direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action to remove the illegal sheds put up by way of encroachment in the lands behind the Middle School in Survey No.811 of Eppathapalayam village.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the said encroachment has been removed.

4. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is clear that the prayer made in this petition has become infructuous and hence, it is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
