This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 22.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 19935 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24495 of 2023 to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and this Petition stands allowed.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear during the Court hearing dates.
