:Respondent/Defendant Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to directing the respondent to furnish security for the suit Claim of Rs.67,54,163/- within time fixed by this Hon'ble Court, failing which, order of Attachment before judgment of the properties belonging to the respondent more fully described in the schedule hereunder by communicating the order of attachment through the District Court at Thiruvallur.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- This application has been filed for furnishing security for the suit claim failing to pass an Order of attachment in respect of the schedule mentioned property.

2. Despite the fact that the matter has been referred to Mediation, the respondent did not appear for mediation. Therefore, the mediation is not effected.

3. This Court by an Order dated 20.04.2018, directed the parties to appear before the Mediation Centre on 05.06.2018 and not

to alienate or encumber the suit property till the mediation proceedings are concluded.

4. Today also there is no representation for the respondent, despite the name of the counsel for the respondent printed in the cause list. Further, this Court by an Order dated 28.03.2018 directed the respondent to furnish security for the suit claim and the respondent has not furnished security till date.

5. In view of the same, there shall be an Order of attachment and the Registry is directed to communicate the Order to the concerned Registrar's Office.
