JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This appeal arises against judgment of learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem, in S.C.No.220 of 2011 dated 09.07.2018. A detailed judgment in Crl.A.Nos.410, 468 and 537 of 2018 against the same judgment of the trial Court has been rendered. For the reasons stated therein, the Criminal Appeal is allowed. The conviction and sentence passed by learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem, in S.C.No.220 of 2011 on 09.07.2018, are set aside. Appellant is acquitted of all charges leveled against him. Appellant is directed to be released forthwith unless his presence/custody is required in connection with any other case/proceedings.
