This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner in the petition filed by the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that it appears that there is some dispute is pending between the petitioner and the second respondent and Second Appeal is also pending. He would also reiterate that the first respondent is not interfering in the dispute and is not harassing the petitioner.
