This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.622 of 2024 dated 11.01.2024 concerned in the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to report before the respondent police period of 10 days and thereafter, once in a week i.e. every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks.
