This contempt petition has been filed seeking order to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 16.09.2014 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.25117 of 2014.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Forest] appearing for the respondents jointly made a submission that the order passed by this court dated 16.09.2014 in W.P.No.25117 of 2014 has been complied with.

3.Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt application. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
