This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 26.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 26.04.2016, it is alleged by the petitioner that he and his wife were working in the company of the opposite party and that the opposite party has not paid salary for three months and other benefits. The complaint essentially appears to be a labour dispute and in order to give criminal colour, the petitioner has stated that the opposite party had abused him.

4. Hence, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
