The present Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 3 as proposed petitioners 2 to 4 in the above writ petition as legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner viz., P.Palani.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Post the case on 19.07.2022.
