O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Advocate [Forests] appearing for the respondents/contemnors.

The learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with in the form of G.O.[D] https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ No.122, Environment and Forests [FR.1] Department dated 04.07.2016. The learned Government Advocate also produced

a copy of the said proceedings before this Court. The same is taken on file and placed on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is only a partial compliance and liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said portion of the order which is acting adverse to the interest of the petitioner.

In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the portion of the above said Government Order which is acting adverse to his interest. The 1st respondent is also directed to grant consequential benefits to the petitioner in terms of the above said order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
