ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition is useless and in any event has gone past its sell-by date. The matter pertains to a notification issued restricting entry of advocates in Courts during the second surge of the pandemic. The petitioner appears to have a different point of view. This is a free country and the petitioner is entitled to his opinion and his opinion has to be respected. But, in the larger public interest, the administration of the Court felt other measures were necessary. These measures were implemented and upon the second surge subsiding, the Courts in the State, and the High Court in particular, are taking steps to return to normal functioning. However, baby steps have to be taken so that if there is another surge, the system is not caught napping again.
