2.It is made clear that it is the duty and responsibility of the counsel to prepare the counter and to file it before the Court. On that ground, normally, adjournment could not be asked.

3.At request, list the matter once again on 12.11.2024. On that date, the advance copy of the counter may be served on the learned counsel for the petitioner and arguments may be advanced by both side counsels.
