Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that as against the order passed in W.P.No.21068 of 2015, the Government has preferred an appeal in W.A.541 of 2016 and the writ appeal was disposed of on 10.02.2020. Hence, no further adjudication required in this contempt petition.
