ORDER

The instant Writ Petition has been filed directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to pay the retirement benefits with interest from 30.09.2010, including Gratuity, Earned Leaves and Share Amount along with monthly deposit amount and any other amount lying with the respondents. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 1st respondent has settled all their claims. However, the 2nd respondent has not settled their claims.

3.Since the petitioner has filed a Writ of Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to pay the retirement benefits, without going into the merits of the matter, a direction can be issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner which would be given by them within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on submission of the said representation, the 2nd respondent is directed to 2/4

consider the same within a period of six weeks thereafter and pass appropriate orders in accordance with Law.
