This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 30.01.2009 passed in Co-op CMA.No.25 of 2003 on the file of the District Judge, Nagapattinam, reversing the Judgment dated 30.08.2000 in O.S.No.92 of 2000-01 of the Regional Deputy Registrar (Housing) Thanjavur in the suit.

2. No representation on either side.

3. It is seen from the docket orders that due opportunities were given to take steps to bring the legal heirs of the deceased, sole respondent on record. However, till date, no steps have been taken.
