CMP.No.17512 of 2016 in S.A.No.651 of 2006 CMP.No.17512 of 2016 in S.A.No.651 of 2006 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to implead the petitioners 1 to 3 and rank them as appellants 2 to 4 in the above S.A.No. 651 of 2006.

2.Present petitioners are the purchasers of the portion of the property of the appellant and hence, they are necessary parties.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title within a period of three weeks.

Post the matter after three weeks.
