O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners contended that the suit in OS.No.1052 of 2008 on the file of the XIV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai is already disposed of and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication. He also made an endorsement to that effect. However, his contention is that if the suit is restored to file, then, this Civil Revision Petition should also be restored to file.
2. Since the suit itself is disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication at present. However, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a condition that if the suit is restored to file, this Civil Revision Petition would automatically be restored to file. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 12.07.2019 mbi Index : Yes/No
