Today when this Civil Revision Petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the dispute between petitioners and the respondent are settled out of Court. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
