ORDER
The civil revision petition has been filed against the docket order dated 23.04.2018 passed in I.A.No.5755 of 2018 in O.S.No.2142 of 2018 by the learned Assistant Judge of 16th Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.
On a perusal of the records, it reveal that there is no detailed impugned order and the petitioner challenged only the docket order dated 23.04.2018, wherein, notice only ordered. In view of the fact that there is no order has been passed and only notice was ordered, there is no necessity for this Court to exercise its power under Article 227 of Constitution of India. Further mere ordering notice will certainly not create any serious prejudice to the revision petitioners herein. Hence this Court is of view that the revision filed by the revision petitioner herein is pre-mature one. In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself. No costs.
