Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to earmark the petitioner's Plot No.31 of Siva Ramakrishna Nagar comprised in S.Nos.53/1, 55/1A2C, 55/1B3, 59/3, 60/3 and 61/4C, Kolathuvanchery Village, Kancheepuram District and to pay the adequate damages to caused to the petitioner's property by the respondents herein. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to earmark the petitioner's Plot No.31 of Siva Ramakrishna Nagar comprised in S.Nos.53/1, 55/1A2C, 55/1B3, 59/3, 60/3 and 61/4C, Kolathuvanchery Village, Kancheepuram District and to pay the adequate damages to caused to the petitioner's property by the respondents herein.

2. The petitioner submitted representations dated 29.05.2019 and 31.08.2019 before 2nd and 4th respondents herein, to earmark the petitioner's Plot No.31 of Siva Ramakrishna Nagar comprised in S.Nos.53/1, 55/1A2C, 55/1B3, 59/3, 60/3 and 61/4C, Kolathuvanchery Village, Kancheepuram District. But the 2nd and 4th respondents did not consider the same, even till today.

3. Considering the above, the 4th and 5th respondents are directed to issue notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and pass orders to survey and earmark the property of the petitioner, on payment of necessary cost, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
