This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Respondent to not to harass the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Rahmath, the petitioner was summoned for enquiry in C.S.R.No.126 of 2022. Thereafter, the said Rahmath had withdrawn the complaint and the case has been closed by the respondent. He would further submit that the respondent is not harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
