ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime.No.211 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the the petitioner along with accused person abused the defacto complainant and also criminally intimidated him. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and is no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are 6 previous cases pending against him. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are 6 previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
