ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.04.2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The Petitioner submitted the representation to cancel the patta issued in favour of the third respondent herein before the respondents 1 and 2. Even till today, it is not disposed of.

3. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and after giving opportunity of hearing to both, pass orders on merits and in accordance of law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
