Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, to punish the respondents for committing willful disobedience of the order dated 19.09.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7884 of 2013.

O R D E R

The petitioners are Scavangers. This Court vide order dated 19.09.2014 in W.P.No.7884 of 2013 directed the respondents to give them regular appointment as full time Scavangers in proper scale of pay applicable to the full time Scavangers with all monetary benefits.

2.Today the learned Government Advocate has submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. She has also produced an order dated 04.02.2016 passed by the second respondent in this regard. 3.However, the learned counsel for the petitioners has expressed his grievance that it is only a paper order and the monetary benefits are yet to be paid. 4.In view of the order dated 04.02.2016 passed by the second respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent to settle the

benefits in accordance with the order, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
