(The case has been heard through video conference) Earlier, this Court by an order dated 01.09.2020 in W.P.No.35806 of 2019 directed the 3rd respondent therein to pass appropriate orders and hand over the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
possession of the subject property to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. Since the order was not complied within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that, the order passed by this court has been duly complied with. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.
3. Recording the above submissions, the order passed by this Court is duly complied with. Hence, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
