This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The applicant/plaintiff has filed a suit claiming damages along with interest for the default committed by the defendants.

2. The first defendant has filed a counter to the application. Whereas, it is seen that no cause of action has arisen against respondent Nos. 2 to 8.

3. In view of the same, leave to sue against respondent

Nos.2 to 8 cannot be granted. Since the first defendant is residing at Avadi, the applicant has to proceed against him before the jurisdictional Court.
