The petitioner has come up with this contempt petition for the alleged non-compliance of the order dated 06.05.2022 passed in W.P.No.12117 of 2022.

It is reported by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that pursuant to the order of this Court, the petitioner was subjected to medical assessment and on the basis of the report submitted by the Medical Board, he was allotted light work, by proceedings dated 01.09.2023. In support of the same, the learned standing counsel produced a copy of the said proceedings before this court.
