PRAYER : The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for all the connected and relevant records relating to Resolution No.94 of 2013 dated 06.07.2013 passed by the first respondent and the notice of hearing dated 11.08.2013 of DCC No.4/2013 before the Disciplinary Committee - I, Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, second respondent herein and quash the same.
