This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Ramanathapuram Town Police Station daily for a period of six weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months in Crl.O.P.No.32632 of 2022 dated 12.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 06.03.2023 drl https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
