Arulmighu Pappi Chetty v. The Commissioner

C.M.P.No.9186 of 2022 in A.S.No.382 of 2016 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to permit the petitioners/appellants to substitute G.V.Balaji and K.K.Balu, who are the Trustees of the said Trust and 9th and 10th petitioners herein, as 9th and 10th appellants in the above appeal, in the place of C.Badrinarayana, the 4th appellant herein and V.Govardhan, the 3rd respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.9186 of 2022 is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
