ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. However, he seeks liberty for the petitioner to raise all objections, which have been raised in this writ petition in the Civil Suit, which is pending on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore in O.S.No.1415 of 2025.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner as prayed for. No Costs.
