This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to disburse the amount of Rs.11,08,091/- together with interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum from 2013 within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
