NOW TRANSFERRED TO THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, ECONOMIC OFFENCES WING, ERODE ERODE Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for the 1st and 2nd petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakshs Only) each and the 3rd petitioner to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime Number 621 of 2021 and to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties pursuant to the orders passed by this Honble Court in Crl OP No.2561 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2561 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 01.04.2022, to the petitioner to furnish the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
