Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Ref.No.112741/MP III/S3/ 2018 dated 14.02.2019 calling for proposal for preparation of panel and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Community Health Nurse exempting the petitioner.
