This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police once in a week, on every Monday at 10.00.a.m., until further order", vide order dated 07.02.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.1325 of 2026 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crime No.356 of 2025 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2.The petitioner herein is alleged to have involved in the case of murder and offence was committed by engaging hirelings and considering the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.
