ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to implement the order passed by the second respondent dated 02.11.2015 in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. In the aforesaid order dated 02.11.2015 passed by the second respondent, the petitioner claims that certain documents were ordered to be cancelled. But, till date, the said order has not been implemented. The petitioner had given given representations to the respondents, which includes the last representation dated 09.06.2025, seeking for implementation of the order passed by the second respondent dated 02.11.2015. Since the said representations have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on

merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2025 seeking for implementation of the order dated 02.11.2015 passed by the second respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs. 04-03-2026 RKM To
