O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 29.07.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of the boundaries.

2. Heard Mr.K.G.Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a registered settlement deed dated 20.10.2010. The 2/4

further case of the petitioner is that patta stands in the name of his father. The petitioner wanted to survey the subject property and accordingly, he made a representation to the respondents. Whenever the survey was attempted to be made, it was obstructed by respondents 4 to 6. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to make an OnLine application to the second respondent by paying necessary charges. On receipt of the OnLine application, the second respondent shall act upon the same after issuing notice to respondents 4 to 6 and survey shall be conducted in line with the title document and the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner's father. This process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh OnLine application submitted by the petitioner.
