The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order passed in I.A.No.5280 of 2013 in O.S.No.4354 of 2010, by the learned XV Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai. 1/3
2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent are present, both of them made a submission that the Suit pertains to this Civil Revision Petition has been dismissed on 14.07.2016 itself and it is further submitted that the same has not been restored on file, so far. The submission made by the learned counsel is recorded.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel and considering the fact that nothing survives for further adjudication in the revision petition, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
