This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.231 of 2016.
4. On reading of the complaint, it is alleged by the petitioner that he had entered into a sale agreement with the opposite parties in the year 2012 and had paid advance. The opposite parties neither return the amount nor execute the sale deed, since 2012. The complaint essentially appears to be a civil dispute and in order to give criminal colour, the petitioner has stated that the opposite party had threatened him.
5. Hence, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
