Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.02.2019, the learned Advocate Commissioner has executed the warrant, seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the applicant and the receipt of the vehicle is also acknowledged by the learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Learned Advocate Commissioner appeared before this Court and seek for additional remuneration.
3. Taking into consideration that the work entrusted to the learned Advocate Commissioner has been complied with and by appreciating the efforts taken by him, this Court feels that a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) shall be paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner as Additional remuneration apart from the initial remuneration paid to him
4. That apart, the expenses already incurred by the learned Advocate Commissioner to the extent of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees http://www.judis.nic.in Two Thousand Only) shall also be paid by the applicant company to

smi the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
