ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for disobedience of this Court order dated 02.02.2024 made in WP.No.2261 of 2024, thereby the second and third respondents were directed to fix the pay of the petitioner notionally on par with his junior, within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced letter dated 21.04.2025 of the third respondent, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.2261 of 2024 dated 02.02.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 21.04.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 21.04.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
